Meet the Black Pearls, our bold new breed of heritage chickens. With plumage as dark as deep-sea treasure and a mission as golden as their future eggs, these beauties are being bred for one thing: the perfect boiling egg. Whether you're cooking over fire, steam, or steel (okay, a pressure cooker), we're selecting for yolks that hold firm, shells that peel easy, and eggs that shine in every dish.

But every treasure needs protection... Meet David’s Rooster Crew — a band of well-mannered, feathered gentlemen chosen not for aggression, but for their respectful, friendly nature. These roosters are David’s personal adventure in farming, each one earning their keep by being calm, family-safe, and full of character. They proudly stand guard over the hens, patrol the pastures, and make sure the farmyard stays lively — not rowdy.

🦜 Raised Like Royalty
All of our birds — hens and roos alike — free-range by day and roost in safety each night. They dine on locally milled feed, fresh greens, and the occasional pirate-approved treat. Until the Black Pearls begin to lay, we’re offering farm-fresh eggs from our seasoned laying crew — tried, true, and delicious.
